RegiGov is a product of Indigitise. RegiGov brings together regulatory policy, register operations, service design, data, and engineering. Our purpose is to help Australian government and regulators run registers that are secure, configurable, and defensible.
Our story
Formed around a specific problem
RegiGov was formed by people who had spent their careers inside register programmes and had watched the same pattern repeat: capable teams, sound intent, and technology decisions taken before the institutional questions were settled. We exist to change that sequence.
Our purpose
Trusted records, better public services
A register is not a database. It is a public commitment that a fact can be relied upon. Our purpose is to help institutions make and keep that commitment — accurately, transparently and affordably.

What we hold to
Regulatory intent first
We start with the scheme: who is regulated, what must be decided, what evidence is required, and what the public and other agencies must be able to rely on.
Configuration over redevelopment
Legislative and policy change should be expressed as governed configuration, not as a new build cycle every time a rule moves.
Human accountability
Automation prepares and evidences decisions. Authorised officers make them, and the record shows who decided what, when, and on what basis.
Evidence before assertion
We describe what the platform does and what we can demonstrate. We do not publish claims, metrics, endorsements, or references we cannot substantiate.
