Trust and procurement

Evidence before assertion.

Government register delivery requires clear boundaries, traceable decisions, controlled change, and evidence that a solution behaves as intended. RegiGov approaches trust as a property of the platform, the delivery method, and the operating model.

How we work

Trust as a property of the platform, the delivery method, and the operating model

Security architecture

Access is designed around user, organisation, role, attribute, system, and device context. Deployment architecture, identity integration, monitoring, recovery, and security controls are aligned during discovery with the agency's requirements.

  • Least-privilege and policy-driven access
  • Separation of public, participant, officer, and administrative functions
  • Controlled interfaces and information exchange
  • Deployment patterns aligned to agency security and hosting requirements

Data governance

Registry data is structured around authoritative sources, provenance, permitted use, quality controls, lifecycle, disclosure, retention, and auditable change.

  • Provenance recorded for source and derived information
  • Permitted use and disclosure defined at field level
  • Quality controls applied at capture and at change
  • Retention and archival handled as governed configuration

Decision accountability

Material decisions record the authorised officer, supporting information, applicable rules, reasons, conditions, time, and subsequent changes.

  • Delegation and authority captured with each decision
  • Rule versions linked to the matter they governed
  • Append-only recording of material events
  • Complete history available for internal and external review

Responsible automation

Automation and AI functions operate within defined permissions and use cases. Outputs are reviewable, material decisions remain human-authorised, and activity is recorded for oversight.

  • Assistance limited to validation, classification, summarisation, anomaly detection, triage, and recommendations
  • Outputs presented with context and supporting evidence
  • Authorised officers retain decision authority
  • Automated activity logged for oversight and review

Delivery assurance

RegiGov supports incremental demonstration, acceptance criteria, traceability, test evidence, controlled releases, operational readiness, and knowledge transfer.

  • Requirements traced to configuration and test evidence
  • Incremental demonstration at each delivery stage
  • Controlled release and rollback procedures
  • Operational readiness and capability transfer before handover

Interoperability

Interfaces are designed around shared meaning, secure access, versioned contracts, validation, error handling, monitoring, and end-to-end accountability.

  • Documented, versioned interface contracts
  • Validation and error handling defined with consuming systems
  • Monitoring across the exchange, not only at the endpoint
  • Accountability retained for information received and released

What we do not claim

Evidence, not assertion

RegiGov is a product of Indigitise. RegiGov data is hosted within Australia on sovereign infrastructure. RegiGov does not claim government approval, customer endorsement, certification or accreditation unless explicitly stated and independently verified.
